GhostEye is made and sold by a private individual known as @SoloShown ("I", "me"). By ordering a licence you accept these terms.

1. The licence

• You get a personal licence to use GhostEye on the number of PCs in your order.
• The licence is a code like GHST-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.
• You can move it to another PC by pressing Deactivate in Settings first.
• Monthly and yearly plans stop unlocking Pro features when they expire. Lifetime does not expire.

2. What is not allowed

• Sharing, reselling or publishing your code.
• Cracking or bypassing the licence check.

Codes that are shared or abused may be blocked without refund.

3. Ordering and payment

You send the order form and get an order reference. You then pay the total with PayPal at paypal.me/ghosteyecommerce, putting the reference in the PayPal note. After the payment arrives I send the licence code by email. I handle orders personally and not around the clock, so this can take up to a day or two. The price shown is the final price. The app itself is free on the Microsoft Store.

An order you never pay is simply dropped; there is nothing to cancel.

The code is digital content. By paying you ask for it to be delivered right away and accept that, under EU consumer law, the 14-day withdrawal right ends once the code is sent. The refund promise below still applies.

4. Refunds

If GhostEye does not work on your PC and we cannot fix it together, I refund you in full within 14 days of sending the code. The refund goes back through PayPal and the licence code stops working. Write to [email protected].

5. Changes to your PC

GhostEye changes Windows settings you choose. Before each change it creates a restore point, and you can undo changes from Change History. Deleted files cannot be recovered: the app asks before deleting.

6. No guarantees

The software is provided as is. Results depend on your PC. As far as the law allows, I am not responsible for data loss or other damage. Keep your own backups.

7. Requirements

Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. Internet is needed to activate the licence and check it from time to time. It works offline for up to 7 days.
